These are tricky in Casper. There is sporting tournaments happening 
while we are there and rooms might be difficult to find. Here are two hotels

Sponsorship levels:

Gold level = $2000 Lunch Sponsor/Host Premium booth placement

Silver level + $1000 Dinner before the event Sponsor/Host Premium booth placement

Bronze level + $500 Breakfast/Premium booth placement

Gold level lunch sponsor(s) will have the opportunity to address all attendees during lunch. Silver level ‘Dinner Before the Event’ sponsor will host the dinner. Bronze level breakfast sponsor(s) can choose the amount of sponsorship. All sponsors receive premium booth placement.  These are great opportunities to present your company to attendees.
